Lillian Wallman (She/her) is an artist from Metis and mixed settler descent. She grew up in Port Alberni BC which lies within the traditional territories of the Hupacasath and Tseshaht First Nations. She now begins her career as an emerging dance artist on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations or so called “Vancouver”. She is a fourth year student at Simon Fraser University and will graduate this spring with an BFA honours degree in contemporary dance.
